The Kimberley
Me on the job exploring and photographing, in one of my favourite parts of our country's wilderness areas - the Kimberley coast.
Ok,, fake smile, fake smile! ha ha - thats why I spend more time on the other side of a camera len's!
The large 'fat" tree you can see in the clearing below is a "Boab tree" - or 'upside down tree as the Aboriginals call them.
-(because they look like they are planted in the ground upside down!)
Underneath the rock outcrop closest to the Boab are some beautiful examples of Aboriginal rock art.
- That's why the flash is on my camera!
